Berneth Koopman
A radio presenter and producer with experience across South Africa and Namibia. Known for his warm, conversational style, Berneth creates authentic on-air moments that connect with audiences. He combines creative storytelling with a strong understanding of brand and commercial needs. BA in Journalism, Certificate in Governance and Management.

Tracy Hoxobes
Holds a BA in Development Studies, BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations, and a Master's in Politics from the University of Johannesburg, currently pursuing her PhD. As Co-Founder, Tracy is passionate about delivering high-quality, memorable experiences for adults and children through creativity, partnerships and meaningful connection.

A business strategist with an MBA in Project Management and a strong track record supporting complex initiatives across the public, institutional, and creative sectors. Lebo designs innovation-led strategies and sustainable growth models that translate vision into long-term value, shaping strategic direction and impact-driven growth at WePlugIn.
Head of Legal & Governance
Erna Sefoka
Experienced legal counsel with over 20 years specializing in complex contracts, mergers & acquisitions, energy projects (upstream/downstream gas, renewables), and regulatory compliance across Africa. Former Director of Contracts at a South African university, leading lifecycle management, IP risk mitigation, and process efficiencies. Previously advised multinational firm on multimillion-dollar deals, negotiations, joint ventures, antitrust, and governance, with strong skills in risk management, stakeholder collaboration, and handling multiple projects.
Senior Manager: Logistics, Brand and Marketing
Zizipho Masiza
Zizipho is a dynamic operations and marketing professional with an Honors degree in Digital Marketing from Regent Business School, a National Diploma in Public Relations and Communication Sciences from University of Johannesburg, and a Certificate in Generic Management. With over ten years of professional experience, she brings extensive expertise in logistics coordination, brand management, stakeholder relations, communications, and event execution. At WePlugIn, Zizipho plays a key role in driving brand visibility, creating seamless event experiences, and ensuring operational excellence through strategic planning, creativity, and strong organizational leadership.
